Flower essences are not a quick fix and they are not a solution for every challenge or deep issue, however they are a reliable and natural accompaniment to life’s challenges that have supported, empowered and rekindled happiness for both my son and I.
Detailed below are the offerings that I provide to ensure you receive the most benefit from our time together.

NURTURING WALK
Recommended if you would like support to delve deeper and explore any emotional or mental imbalances that are not serving you.
After each consultation I will consider any essences we have discussed during the session together with those that will support you by combining my knowledge and intuition to select your bespoke blend.
With support over several weeks you can really start to experience deep change from within.
What you will get:
- Three 60-minute consultations over a 3 month period.
- Three 30ml hand blended bespoke essences.
- Three 30-minute mid-month check ins.

- One 120-minute consultation, split between parent and child as you feel appropriate (can be split into two shorter sessions if more favourable).

- 30-minute follow up call 3-4 weeks after your session.

ONE STEP AT A TIME
Recommended if you would like to explore a particular issue or emotion together.
During the consultation we can explore what is going on for you; this is where shifts can sometimes start to manifest immediately.

- One 60-minute consultation.

DIP YOUR TOE
Recommended if you have never taken flower essences before and you would like to experience what they could do for you.
Ideal if you have a one off event such as a driving test, or an emotion that you have identified as something you would like to shift.
